# Gallery

> Guide for creating a gallery campaign in SignageLab CMS.

**The Gallery application is used for image or video presentation.**

***Supported formats:***

*mp4, jpg, png, gif*

**Instructions**

  <Step title="Go to Campaigns and choose to Create">
    In SignageLAB administration go to **Campaigns** and choose to **Create**.

  <Step title="Write the name of your campaign and confirm by Submit">

  <Step title="Choose the type Gallery and confirm by Next">
    Choose the type of your planned content **Gallery** and confirm by **Next**.

  <Step title="Add the images or videos you would like to display in your campaign">
    Add the images or videos you would like to display in your campaign. You can upload new images and videos to the media library first or choose from your list in the library, then select the ones you want to have displayed in your campaign - one or more images / videos.

  <Step title="Preview your campaign and adjust as needed">
    You can go through your planned campaign in preview, where you will see your loop of chosen images/videos. You can also adjust the length of each post and order in the loop. If your campaign is correct confirm by **Next**.

  <Step title="Set campaign timing">
    Campaign timing: Set time conditions that affect when your campaign will play on a network of screens.

    1. Repeat: How many times your campaign should play before the next one starts
    2. Order: In which order your campaign should start
    3. Priority: You can set up the priority for your campaign. The posts with the highest priority will always start first.
    4. Broadcast setting: Plan the start and end of your campaign by choosing the exact date from a calendar.
    5. Weekly schedule: You can set up even an exact time during the day when your campaign will be active (i.e. lunch menus will appear only from Mo - Fri at 10 am - 1 pm)

  <Step title="Select affected screens">
    Affected screens: You can choose affected screens from your tree structure or use TAGs for choosing a specific type of screens (i.e reception, shopfront) and CMS will choose them automatically based on the preferred Tag. You can send your campaign to the different parts of the screen by creating regions and selecting a concrete region where your campaign should play on the screen (i.e. Fullscreen, left side etc.).

  <Step title="Review the summary and publish">
    Summary: You can see all settings of your planned campaign. Your campaign is now ready for publishing **Publish** or you can save it as a concept for later use **Concept**
